In 2007 Paul Winestock, CCE Roger Mattussi, CCE, and I had a die-hard goal to create a national organization for the ever-growing editing community in Canada.
Founded in 2007, the Canadian Cinema Editor has grown to over 500 members who work across Canada and worldwide.
Each year the CCE celebrates the achievements of editors in film, television, new media, streaming, lifestyle, documentaries and all forms of storytelling. A fabulous evening gathers all facets of post-production in Canada to celebrate the craft and its fantastic and talented people.
